Ok you guys...I went to see my lawyer and signed paperwork for AOS on October 17th (2017.) My lawyer informed me that he was going to take his time to get my case ready (he sure did.) First his paralegal informed me that he had to update form I-765. It is Jabuary 7th and I’m still waiting for receipts (NOA). This waiting is killing me! I had called several time to ask the paralegal wassup with my case and he just said “we waiting Mr. Hernández.” I wish my lawyer staff will keep me more informed. I got to the point that stop calling them to ask for updates. I’m pretty sure there’s nothing wrong with my case and he really knows what he’s doing, but I just can’t stay calm. I KEEP READING POSTS FROM OTHER PEOPLE AND THEY ALL GOT RECEIPTS. I WILL FEEL BETTER WHEN I AT LEAST GET MY RECEIPTS! I am hopeful that I will hear from uscis before this months is over.

If you woud have signed it mid october send it off right then and there you probably would have received EAD/AP already or very soon looking at October fillers. Took me few days to assemble the package and I didnt know about any of this only information was this forum . All you can do is push the lawyer more now its in there hands since you hired themLast edited by mustang85635; 01-07-2018, 09:21 PM.
